Information on Kurt Cobain, Nirvana, and the death of Kurt.

Nirvana

Nirvana started around 1987 as a live, club-playing band in Seattle, Washington. They released Bleach in 1989. Bleach wasn't very successful. Next, when Nevermind came out, Nirvana got huge mainly because of their biggest hit "Smells like Teen Spirit." The fans started realizing how good Nirvana was, and Nirvana became one of the biggest bands in the world. They had successful albums that followed such as "Incesticide," "In Utero," "Unplugged in New York" and From The Muddy Banks Of The Wishkah.

Kurt Cobain

Kurt Donald Cobain was born on February 20, 1967, in a small town in Washington called Aberdeen. Kurt idolized the Beatles growing up, and then decided that he wanted to do that same profession. He started writing in high school, but started guitar at a very young age. Kurt married Courtney Love (main singer of the band Hole) in 1991 and in 1992, had a daughter named Frances Bean Cobain who was born on August 18, 1992.

Kurt's Death

Kurt was found dead in the upstairs apartment of his garage on April 8, 1994. He had shot himself in the mouth with a shotgun on April 5, 1994. The only way to tell who it was through finger print tests, but there was no legible finger prints on the shotgun. There are other theories, such as that Courtney Love killed Kurt, and yes, there is evidence pointing towards that. When they found Kurt's body, he had 3 times the lethal amount of heroin in his blood, which in my opinion clearly states that it WAS Courtney because if you had that much heroin in you, would you be able to write a note, put all your drugs away nice and neat, and still be able to ever pick up a gun, or even know what a gun is? NO. Doctors have said that it takes about 50 seconds-1 minute for the drug to kick in, but it would've taken more than 1 minute to put all the drugs away neatly. Plus, there were no fingerprints on the gun, which means that Kurt must've been wearing gloves, but guess what? Kurt wasn't wearing gloves! More evidence is that the suicide note was written in two different hand writings, that part about leaving Nirvana in his, and the part about killing himself in somebody else's! Well, everybody has their own opinion that's just mine.
